As Patel have explained the process to go for engineering, some colleges do have their own entrance or some have donation system. I would name one college i.e. UEM, Kolkata to choose when you score in the exams due to its good placement and infrastructure. Check here to know more about the college:

    Hello Nishant,
You have to give entrance exams like JEE, WBJEE for admission in WestBengal, EAMCET for admission in Andhra Pradesh, etc. if you want admission in different states. JEE result is valid all over India, when you qualify for JEE Advanced, after a good score, you can get admission in IIT. After exams, there is a counselling process for admission.
Hope this helps! All the best!
