What is the process of getting admission in LPU for journalism and mass communication?
I know that I can take admission in LPU by giving LPUNST entrance for scholarships. What if I didn't qualify the test? Is it mandatory to qualify LPUNST for admission?

For BA in journalism and mass communication, the eligibility is 50% marks in 12th with English as a subject. There is a test conducted by the university (LPU-NEST) for BA in journalism and mass communication. It is not mandatory but the applicant may give the test for higher scholarship. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
