In spot round counselling, you have to pay the fees first. In case a seat is alloted to you and you decline to take admission then your fees will NOT be refunded. If seat is not alloted to you, then you get your fees back.

In spot round you pay fees first then you participate and if any seat alloted you you cant deciline if you do then you loss your fees
