What is the process of taking admission in IIM for MBA?

    Admission in IIMs is based on Common Admission Test popularly known as CAT. It is conducted in November end-December beginning every year.
    All graduates are eligible for appearing in CAT if they have min 50% marks in graduation degree.
    Those who clear CAT are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI).
    Final selection is based on merit with different weightages to CAT score, GDPI score and academic performance (marks in X, XII and Graduation degree).
