What is the process to apply for PGDM at BK School of Management, Ahmedabad for a candidate who is not from Gujarat?

I have scored 198 marks and 87.19 percentile in CMAT, only 44.40% in 12th and 51.43% in B.Com and pursuing M.Com (ABST).
