What is the process to apply offline for BTech course at Quantum University?

In case of offline, download the form from the official website of Quantum University and fill in all information. Make a Bank DD of Rs. 10000/-, in the name of "Quantum University" payable at Dehradun, and submit the form and the DD to the Admissions Office, Quantum University.
