What is the process to become a stenographer? I did my 12th in 2016.

Education Qualification for Stenographer: Candidate should have completed 10+2 and should have Diploma/certificate in Stenography, and should be able to qualify the skill test: Typing speed should be 25 words per minute and shorthand 80 words per minute. I don't have any Diploma. But I know steno language in Hindi. Am I eligible for exam?
