You will get an integrated B.Tech+M.Tech in software engineering certificate when you complete your 5 years degree course.

They will provide you hard copy plus soft copy too after completion of M.Tech software engineering.

You will get a degree from VIT as a hard copy as well as software copy emailed to you.
