You have to take admission in CSE branch because Google take mainly CSE student and try to join reputed college for CSE branch B.Tech as they come for placement in reputed college only.

For that you have to first gain the skills of coding in almost 3 programming languages, then you have to apply for the google code JAM. If you got good rank, then you can easily grab good post in Google.
