What is the process to pursue Masters from USA in either CS or electrical engineering? My son is in the 5th semester of electrical engg.
He is pursuing it from PDPU, Gandhinagar.

Hello sir,
Please ask him to fill the GRE application form to get admission in Masters programme in the USA. After passing this exam, you have to show your account balance and passport and fulfil all the eligibility conditions then only he can get admission in an American college.
