It depends on your interest and which stream you have.

A lot of courses are available after class 12th. BBA, B.TECH, B.ARCH, B.COM, LLB, Economic honors etc.
There are courses in acting, cooking, painting, art etc. too
This is not exhaustive. Find what interests you and then go for it.
