The purpose of the examination is to get admission in dual degree programs which earns you two degrees after the graduation .

IIITH UGEE is conducted for admission to the dual degree courses such as Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECD), Computer Science and Engineering (CSD), Computer Science (CSD), Computational Linguistics (CLD), Computational Natural Sciences (CND), Computing and Human Sciences (CHD).
