AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:

Class 12 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ PCM and at least 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST)
