What is the qualification for an animator or an animation director?

To being an animator, you must complete class 12th and must learn animation principles, tool and technics, knowledge of 2D, sketching, anatomy, acting, posing and facial expression is always a plus point. To being an animation director, you must have huge experience in animation field as a senior artist, you must have handled several animated movies and series and worked in several such projects.
