School of Architecture, CMR University eligibility specifies the minimum aggregate and qualification to apply for a UG and a PhD course. The basic eligibility to apply for UG courses is Class 12. Below is the course-wise eligibility criteria:

Course	Common Eligibility
BArch	Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate overall and 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board
PhD	Master's degree with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer)/ differently-abled and other categories of candidates) or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale
