Jithin, I would advise you to look at full time BE courses rather than part time ones. They will give you more value for the tuition you will pay, and better job prospects after you finish your course. The basic qualification you will need is a minimum of 50% score in your Std XII, Science stream.

Part time BE, even if available anywhere is not much worth. For a BE course you need to be XIIth pass in Physics-Chemistry-Maths group, with more than 50% marks.
