Indian Aerospace and Engineering (IAE) in Mumbai is considered one of the top aircraft maintenance engineering (AME) institutes in India. It's part of the Sha-Shib Group of Institutions, which is the largest South Asian group for AME training. IAE is recognised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of the Government of India and complies with CAR-147 (Basic) rules. Some say the institute has excellent classrooms, well-equipped labs, and teachers with commercial aircraft AME backgrounds.
