Sharda University Greater Noida has been ranked 87 under the 'University' category by the NIRF Rankings 2023. In addition to this, the university has been ranked 62 for Pharmacy and under the band 101-125 for Management by the same ranking body in 2023. Sharda University is approved by the UGC, State Government, MCI, AIU, DCI, PCI, COA, INC, Council of Architecture, BCI, and others. The university was established under the Sharda Group of Institutions and is accredited by NBA. The Sharda University Noida is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
