Yes, a relative can pick housing keys, however he must carry following information with him:

• Name of the student and the relative who will pick the keys

• BDTU address, including room/apt number

• A copy of student's passport

Student need to submit a registration application, dates starting from March 1 for those applying for fall intake and October 1 for those applying in Spring intake.
