LPU ranks amongst the TOP 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Only three Indian universities have made it and one of them is LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY. It has been ranked at the 2nd the highest position among all the Indian universities in its debut year itself.

The lovely professional university is recognised by the university grants commission (UGC) a statutory body of the government of India. LPU is also a member of an association of Indian Universities (AIU). 1) Impact rankings 2021: LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021 rankings, only three Indian universities have made to the list of Top 200 in the World. LPU has outshined various institutions like IITs, NITs, state and central universities across India and has ranked high on parameters of Affordable and Clean Energy, and Decent Work and Economic Growth.
