    Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) is one of the top Engineering institutes in India. It is ranked #118 in QS World University Rankings 2025. However, this ranking is not specifically for the Engineering category. Further, the institute is ranked by various national ranking bodies, such as NIRF, India Today, etc. In the NIRF 2024 rankings under Engineering category, IITB has been ranked #3 for three consecutive years.
