K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering is a constituent college of prestigious Somaiya Vidyavihar University (UGC approved) and was established in 1983. The institute has a very qualified faculty as well as a state-of-the-art infrastructure. The college has been awarded Autonomous status in the year 2014 with recommendations from the UGC and the Government of Maharashtra. The college campus is spread over 50 acres of lush green land.
