The university offers a two-year M.Tech programme, which RGU offers. It has several specilisations such as Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering. After pursuing MTech, students have the option to become a Software Developer, a Data Scientist, a Cybersecurity Analyst, an AI/ML Engineer, and others.
