What is THE rankings for The University of Edinburgh?

The University of Edinburgh doesn't mandate interviews or tests for all of its courses but there are some exceptions. Students might be invited for an interview if they applied for any of the programs mentioned below- 

• Medicine
• Nursing
• Teacher Education
• Veterinary Medicine 

To be able to enroll at any course offered by the College of Science and Engineering of the University of Edinburgh, Indian students are required to submit proof of completion of Standard XII with an overall average of 80%+ and minimum 80% in all required subjects. To prove one's proficiency in English master's students can  submit the following to Edinburgh Uni-

• English language test (minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS)
•  certain professional qualifications
• a Bachelors degree taught and assessed in English 

Students will have to prove their English language proficiency to be able to study at the University of Edinburgh.  They can do so by presenting a score of 75% in English in Class XII in the CBSE/CISCE.

Otherwise, the minimum score requirement for both UG and PG for IELTS is 6.5. The university
