What is the reason that a student is offered a highest package, while some others gets a low package? Is there an uncertainty ?

Hello Gaurang,
There is some uncertainty in placements because the pay packages are dependent as per the recruiters choice, vacancy in the company and the position you are placed. Sometimes company emphasis more on performance of the students in Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview
