I am not aware of Mahatama Gandhi Secondary board but I seriously recommend you to not take the risk without proper verification. Instead of that select NIOS.( NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING ). It is 100% recognized by Government of India and you can get admission in Btech in any college or un
