What is the refund policy for duplicate transaction at M S University Baroda?

In case of Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction, candidates are required to directly contact to the university. In case misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by M S University of Baroda alone in line with their policies and rules.
