What is the refund policy for students withdrawing from a programme at Madurai Kamaraj University?

In case a student withdraws his name within a month of classes and has not attended any class at all, 100 percent of the caution deposit is refunded. 80 percent of the other fees will be refunded. In any case, the special fees paid will not be refunded.
