What is the required minimum CGPA in B.Tech (IIIT-Delhi) to get placed in a good firm?

Hi, As far I know, the training and placement department at IIITD helps students a lot. The minimum percentage that one should maintain to be eligible to sit in placements is 65%. All the best.
