    It depends on the level of colleges. If you are trying for IIT, then above 75 is must! You wouldn't get nice colleges below 70%. Try to score your best. 50 - 55% is the minimum to get admission.

    Hi Mohd,
    You need minimum of 65-75 percentage of marks in class 12th for admission to B.Tech. Some universities accept 65% and some accept 75% of marks for admission to the B.Tech course.
