What is the required minimum percentage to take admission in any B.Tech programme?

At least 60% then you could think about a good college. But some colleges are also there who are offering at above 45%. A good percentage helps you to get top branches i.e. CS, IT, EC, ME, CE.

If in PCM you get atleast 60% in each of them separately then it is best for you in opting branches. Otherwise, if you get aggregate 60% in combination with all the subjects, it will also suit here.
