The cut-off marks for taking admission in Private and Medical Colleges changes each year. So, it will be difficult to tell you the exact marks that you need to score in NEET exam. But, you can analyze the cut-off marks of all the previous years, so that you can get an idea about the cut-off marks. According to the cut off marks of NEET 2017, you will have to score minimum 550 marks out of 720 in NEET to get an MBBS seat in government Medical Colleges in India.

According to your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities.
For this year for getting any private or deemed college you have to score around 450 under AIQ and 430 under state quota for open category.
