What is the required percentage in class 12th to get into a good IIT after clearing JEE Advance?

From 2017, you will only be requiring 75% or you need to be in the top 20 percentile of your state board to be eligible for IIT , board marks wont be given preference in calculating the final merit

Minimum 75% in boards and clear JEE Advance. -
For maximum chances you should be above 80-85% to get good IIT.
