What is the required percentile in CAT exam to get admission in IIMs?

Scoring 55-60% in UG course is enough to get into IIM since the most important criteria is the CAT score in which one must score above 98 to get there. The new IIMs need more than 90 percentile to get admission. This is not enough, one also has to go through GD, PI and written ability test after it.

Hi, For getting a call from IIM Ahmedabad, the required CAT score is 95 percentile or above. For other IIMs is 90 percentile or above. To get admission, you have to clear Personal Interview, Group Discussion and a Written Ability Test.

No, candidates cannot get admission to a full-time MBA programme at a Tier 1 B-School with only the CAT score. They need to appear for and clear the WAT-PI round for admission too.
