What is the required qualification to join an NGO?
I have done UG in Chemistry from the University of Delhi, but I want to join Snehalaya or Kushi NGO. Now, I am pursuing a management course in human resources management.

Your qualifications as MBA in NGO Management are adequate to join an NGO. Mostly, outsiders joining an NGO are volunteers with little or no experience. Individuals with industry experience are preferred. Motive to join an NGO is to expand your existing skill base by getting involved with activities related to your field of expertise.
