Every university has its percentage cut off for admission into various courses. So if you are currently studying in 12th then just focus on the input for your studies. If your scorecard is good any big shot will give you admission easily.

At least 50% is required to get into graduation. Most of the institutes keep a threshold of 50% in 10/12th. Also, based on institute you are looking for criteria varies.
