What is the required score in JEE Mains exam to get admission in SVNIT, Surat for electrical engineering?
I scored around 85 percent marks in class 12th board exam.

8 years agoYou have a good score in board. You must target to achieve 230+ to be in a safe position to get a stream of your choice in NIT-Surat. Its one of the top engineering colleges of India.

Board exam results are not yet declared but you are saying that you have received around 85 percent. I take it that you have scored this in last year and has taken break to study for JEE Mains. Very fact that you have scored about 85 percent means you are good at studies. It means that you are bound to score well in JEE Mains also. Last year opening and closing ranks for electrical engineering in SVNIT were 4000 and 11000. So you need to score marks to be in this range of rank.
