To stand a good chance of admission into FMS-Delhi, you need to score 99.8%ile+ in CAT. -

FMS does not care much for your past academic profile.
All they see is your CAT scores and after that, performance in Group Discussion, Extempore Speech and Personal Interview.
To get shortlisted for the final rounds of GD/PI and Extempore Speech you have clear the cutoff score in CAT.
For Unreserved Category,last years cutoff was around 98.298.3 percentile and the 2014 cutoff was 98.54 percentile.
