For admission into a good government medical colleges, you need around 550 and for private colleges you need around 450. -
It depends, if you want to take admission in state level college or a college through all India level counselling. The private medical colleges just need money. There is no class in education and you will suffer in future. You have enough time for perforations, so put all efforts in it.
You should try for all India level college and only for government medical college. It doesn't matter that you are financial able or not and your target should be more than 570 marks in NEET 2017.
