    The B.Sc. geology is a 3 years long course in India. In case of most of the institutes offering this course, the academic programme is divided into 6 semesters, with each semester lasting for a period of 6 months.The minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 with science stream subjects from a recognised board. Minimum aggregate marks required in main science subjects (PCM/B) is around 55% marks.
