What is the required UPSEE cut-off to get admission in a good college for B.Tech? Which are the top engineering colleges under UPSEE?
Which engineering branch should I opt for in B.Tech? I am not eligible to appear for JEE Mains.

See, for the best government college, you have to score more than 400 marks then you can get any of the government colleges, there might be a possibility that through counselling, you might not get the desired branch but take up that and then go for the internal sliding option before the spot round of counselling process.

You should secure under 20k rank to get admission in top 10 colleges of UPTU.
Below are the top 8 colleges:
1 IET Lucknow
2 KNIT Sultanpur
3 BIET Jhansi
These three are government colleges. If you want to take admission in these colleges then you have to secure under 2k rank. Following are the private ones:
4 JSS Noida
5 Ajay Kumar Garg Ghaziabad
6 KIET Ghaziabad
7 ABES Ghaziabad
8 RKGIT Ghaziabad -
