What is the requirement for Master in Engineering in Canada and what is the best time for application?

I am currently in last year of BE in Electrical Engineering under Gujarat technological University. My score in BE is 8.0 overall. My 12th percentage is 60% and my 10th percentage is 84%. So, my question is to that my qualification is enough for master study in Canada and how can I apply & when can

    Dear Kavel,
    Your scores are enough to qualify you for applying for Masters in Canada, you can google the universities or colleges which will have your relevant courses and their websites will give you the application process and documents required for the same. You will also need to take your IELTS with an overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.
    I also suggest that you use the services of a reputed overseas education consultant as you may require help for the visa process and documentation and their charges are not much.
