No, after BCA you can't take admission in M.Tech. You can only take admission in MCA after BCA. Only B.Tech students are eligible for M.Tech. -

Masters in Technology (M.Tech) computer science course can be pursued by B.Tech students or students having M.Sc in computer science. After BCA its not possible but MCA is a good option after BCA for getting into IT jobs.

As per rules you need to have B.Tech in allied subjects to be eligible for M.Tech or B.Sc in IT. Why not you try for MCA instead from reputed university?
