what is the right age to take up with tutions for upsc exams im 18 now..?? and wer s the main branch of upsc located??

You should target tution for UPSC exam only after you complete your graduation or when you in the final year of your graduation. There is nothing like branches of UPSC. I suggest you go through the discussion forum in detail as many experts have given good views about clearing the UPSC exam.

UPSC is in New Delhi on Shahjah Road in Central Delhi. For UPSC Civil Service Examination you must have a graduation in any Field. So better First Completes your graduation then thinks of UPSC.
