what is the right procedure to write essay in any competitive exam: paragraphs or headings?

Hi Swati,
If you are writing an Essay in a Competitive Examination I would say it should be very precisely written in Paragraphs and not in headings. However, I would also suggest you to consult some of the Essay books to see the right way of writing an Essay.
