What is the right time to apply for University in Canada for September 2019 intake?

It is prior to apply before 6 months for almost all the Canadian universities, only few universities have deadliness before 3 months. Many universities deadline for fall intake will be in the month of Jan-Feb. So, you can apply now it would be better anyhow. And June-July for spring intake. Hope thi

I am right now in class 12th, does the college application needs class 12th percentage right now?

Normally, it starts in August/September. The application process starts from November itself. Even if you are not ready with IELTS. You can apply and produce it later.
