It is unusual to start an MBA course immediately after graduating, unless there are special circumstances (such as you've been running or helping to run the family business since you were ten year old), and most accredited courses will require you to have at least three years' work experience before applying.

There is no right time to do MBA. It totally depends on you, if you are ready to do MBA after completing your graduation, it is okay in other case, if you do MBA after getting some work experience, then it gave you advantage that you already have practical knowledge, which is helpful for you.

Learning is a lifelong process. Although immediately after graduation you can only stay in the game if you can keep up. Best time to do an MBA will be when you have at least 2 years of experience. So that you understand the industry domains and applies the theoretical knowledge and concepts taught in the class. Who has work experience, many colleges give extra weightage or points to candidates with work experience (with around 2 years of work experience getting the maximum points). But practically speaking, there is no best time for an MBA. There are lots of people who do it with 0 years of experience and even with 5-6 of work experien

As per the placement and summer internships are concerned I would say the right time to pursue MBA is after you gain 1-2 years of industry experience. This gives you an edge over freshers and also over people who have more than 3 years of work experience.
Also MBA is all about networking, learning to talk - and not just talk but to make SENSE out of it.
So, if you have industry experience you have already seen how an organisation works so you can direct your MBA in a way to what were the pitfalls in your previous organisation and how you can work towards improving them. Also a lot of practical live projects comes handy to make you a bet

The right time to go for an MBA is after your graduation. A lot of students who switch from one course to another interdisciplinary approach will be doing MBA.
The right time for such students is when they are having a bit of work experience in their field of education. For engineering students immediately after completion of B.Tech or BE he or she should gain some experience in his vertical and should apply for MBA.
For B.Com, BBA, BBM graduates the best time for doing MBA is when they immediately pass out from their course.
For BA students I'd suggest to work for some companies immediately after under graduation and if that job requires
