right time is atleast 8 months before exams. best institutes are TIME, IMS etc. exams to prepare are CAT, XAT,FMS,SNAP,IBSAT,MAT,NMAT ,JMET etc

TIME Institute is best For CAT Preparation. For CAT preparation you Have to Strong Command on Aptitude , reasoning , English , General Intelligence.
