M ABOUT TO COMPLETE MY 5TH SEM OF BE IN IT FIELD AND INTERESTED IN USA FOR MY MS IN TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT OR INFORMATION SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SO WHAT WILL BE THE PERFECT TIME FOR ME TO START FOR GRE AND TOFEL???\n CAN TELL SOME OF THE GOOD UNIVERSITIES FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED FIELDS AND SCORE NEEDED???

1) The perfect time for you to start preparing would be the beginning of your 6th semester as you would be done with your exams that time and would be prepared by the time you graduate.
