    Hello, ROI depends on a number of factors, your qualifications and skills are most important. University reputation, program you study demand of the program are other determining factors. Remember that even the top university won't guarantee placements until you have the skills. Scholarships are always given on merit. The criteria for evaluating depends on what you plan to study, your academic grades, work experience etc.
